and White portraits speak of stability and the
lasting emotions that are behind our most valued
relationships. This in-studio session is planned
with elegant simplicity in mind. Clothing is purposely
kept dark to maximize the impact of the image.
Backgrounds and props are minimal to emphasize
the importance of the relationship itself. A facial
expression, a simple hand gesture, a Dad's hand
holding his daughter's hand - these stand out
from the dark and simple background and clothing
to capture the true reality of the relationship.
By not relying on color, elaborate props and clothing,
the Relationships portrait comes as close to "the
real you" as we can get. In its simplicity,
a depth of character and emotion is captured.
